How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied. You can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to bring Lucky & Me to more families worldwide in the near future.
